1 Order
1.1 How do I order?
Browse through the shop categories on the left side of the screen and choose a cateogry to browse products, or use the search box if you know the name of the product you're looking for. Clicking on a product name or picture will provide specifications and a photo on a given product. To add a product to your order, click `Add to Cart`. Please note that out of stock items may be missing the 'add to Cart' button, but if you would like to be notified when this product is available again please email When you have chosen everything you need click `Cart` on the top menu and choose the Checkout option. After confirming your order, you will be prompted to choose your shipping country - the following screen then requests delivery information and shows available shipping options and costs.

You will recieve an initial confirmation email from us to show that the transaction has been recieved. We will process your order as quickly as possible (please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays) and let you know when your order has been sent. If we forsee any difficulties with your order, we will send an email to you as soon as possible explaining the situation.
1.2 Do I need to register an account to shop with you?
No, this is not required, although our checkout page has a tick box that allows you to have your name and address details stored in a cookie on your computer. This is not neccesary, but you may wish to use this facility if you plan to order regularly as it will save time in the checkout process. Please note this function records only your name, address and contact information - it will NOT store any payment details, these must be entered manually at the time of ordering.

2 Delivery
2.1 How long does delivery take?
This can vary, but most orders are shipped out on the same working day or the following working day. When your order is shipped, we send an email to you confirming that the order is sent. For NL customers parcels will arrive normally the next working day for European countries it take between 2 and 5 days and for orders outside Europe it normally take between 3 and 8 days. We process orders recieved until 4pm on every weekday (Mon-Fri). Please understand we are not able to contractually agree delivery timescales unless by prior arrangement.
2.2 How much is delivery?

Shipping costs are calculated on the weight and size of your order. Standard it's € 1,99 for the Skatez. For small / low value orders, TNT is a cost effective shipping method typically taking 1-5 working days to arrive in Europe and 3 -8 days to arrive outside of Europe. The cost of your order including delivery will be shown to you before you are taken to the payment page. To get a delivery quote, please add items to your basket and then choose your shipping destination on the Checkout screen to see delivery options available for your order.

2.3 Do I get a shipping confirmation?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you get a confirmation by e-mail.
2.4 Which forwarder do you use?
All shipments will be shipped with DHL or TNT, depending on the product. Overall Mouse feet are being shippid with TNT and Mouse Pads with DHL.
2.5 Which countries do you deliver to?
We ship to almost all countries around the world.
When you check out you will see if your country is listed.

4 Products & Warranty
4.1 I've bought a product and having just recieved it realised its not suitable for my needs
That's fine, you have a 'cooling off' period (Distance Selling) where you can return your purchase for a full refund of the product value. However, the product must be unused and in new condition for us to accept the return, complete with all packaging accessories. The period lasts for 14 days from the date of delivery and note that this does not allow you to 'trial' the product, only to inspect as you would in a store. Please contact us through the service e-mail address with your order number and we'll supply a return authorisation number for you to return the products to us. Returns of non-faulty goods are not normally entitled to a postage refund, so of course if you have any doubts over suitability of a product - please check with us before ordering! 4.2 My product doesn't work or has been damaged in shipping
Contact us and we'll sort it for you as quickly as possible. Your order should reach you in perfect condition, but should any product arrive damaged we will be able to swap it for you.

All goods are provided with at least 6 months warranty from the date of delivery.

If you suspect a problem with your product, please provide as much information as you can regarding this to us. If you have already made steps to confirm the fault, let us know as this will help us turn things around faster for you. When you contact us, we will get back to you as soon as possible with a return authorisation (or suggestions for resolving the problem if we feel that the problem is easily resolved by yourself!) and will ask you to post back smaller items or specify a collection date for larger items. We will cover postage costs both ways for faulty goods for NL customers within 12 months of purchase, and so if you send goods back to us by post we will refund the postage costs back to your payment card upon confirmation of the product fault. For customers outwith of the Netherlands, we will return goods at no cost but shipping costs back to us for faulty goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Please retain all product packaging and accessories in case you need to return your product at any stage within the warranty period.

6 Manual
6.1 Where can I find the manual?

1 Remove the old mouse feet and clean the base of the mouse feet
2 Carefully remove the thin backing from the adhesive part of the Skatez (don’t touch the
sticky area!)
3 Place the Skatez at the right place and press firmly for at least 30 sec.

The edges of the Skatez can be a little sharp due to production. In that case you can use your fingernail to remove any sharp edges.

Remember to keep your mouse and mouse pad clean.
